Manage end-to-end accounting for legal entities, including general ledger transactions, reconciliations, accruals, depreciation, allocations, and month-end close. Prepare CIT tax settlements, statutory reports, financial statements, audit documentation, and financial reporting data. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and IFRS while collaborating with finance teams and tax advisors.

Serve as liaison between customers and organization by processing orders, advising commercially and technically, maintaining customer data, managing quotes and sales orders, and supporting internal sales processes and administration.

Maintain and enhance global cloud and on-premises infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, backup, identity, and datacenter platforms. Manage and produce the Group's transfer pricing documentation (master/local files, benchmarking), maintain intercompany pricing models, support TP risk management and audit defense, assist corporate tax compliance and indirect tax matters, contribute to tax provisions, M&A tax workstreams, and tax technology/process improvements.

Prepare and submit accurate statutory financial statements, direct and indirect tax returns, and regulatory reports. Calculate current and deferred tax under IFRS, manage external audits and advisors, ensure compliance with local laws, and implement process improvements while maintaining work instructions.

Drive commercial development and sales of Hyva and Jost hydraulic and truck/trailer products across Belgium. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, bodybuilders, dealers and fleets; provide technical advice, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals; coordinate internally, maintain CRM data, monitor market trends, represent the company at events, and travel frequently within Belgium.

Support the finance team by preparing financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L), making basic journal entries, organizing documents, documenting procedures, assisting audits, performing ad-hoc financial analysis, and participating in projects under team leader guidance.

The role involves independent management of full accounting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations, preparing financial reports, and improving accounting processes.

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, manage customer invoicing, cash allocation, and receivables, ensuring timely collections and supporting financial reporting.
