The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product messaging, and ensuring successful product launches that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Understands customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Study company products and translate technical details into benefits for the user in close alignment with product management
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market across marketing channels (landing pages and campaigns)
  • Collaborate with content and lead generation team to create campaigns that drive awareness and leads
  • Tailor communication for different segments and channels by selecting and creating the appropriate marketing content (e.g., print, digital, social) for each audience
  • Ensures sales enablement by providing relevant material
  • Organize and coordinate the market launch of new products and concepts
  • Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content.
  • Work with in-house or external Writers and other content creators to create the desired content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services will be needed for the product marketing.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product campaigns and initiatives using various analytical tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or go-to-market strategy, ideally in a B2B or tech environment
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven success in launching products, developing positioning and messaging, and driving customer engagement
  • Deep understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits
  • Strong skills in positioning, messaging, and storytelling tailored to different buyer personas
  • Experience in tools such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Experience with go-to-market planning, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer service teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
