Develop and test RF and millimeter-wave components and subsystems. Responsibilities include schematic/layout generation, RF/mmW circuit and device modeling, on- and off-wafer RF testing, maintaining PDKs, and RF system design and integration in a fast-paced team environment.

The Principal Investigator will lead research on multifunctional polymers, innovating solutions for automotive and aerospace applications, securing funding, and mentoring staff.

Lead end-to-end R&D and product development of RF and mmWave sensing and communication systems. Provide technical leadership across hardware, software, integration, and test; define system architecture; mitigate technical risk; drive R&D and prototyping (AESA, small receivers/transmitters); publish, brief customers, and support proposals. Mentor multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with military standards and customer requirements.
