Leads daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, compliance, training, investigations, performance management, and policy enforcement. Maintains employment law knowledge, oversees background checks and eligibility verification, supports disciplinary processes, and advises employees and managers on HR matters. The role also manages recognition programs and ensures accurate HR documentation and regulatory compliance.
