Manage recurring revenue and hardware billing: generate and review invoices, resolve payment errors, support customers, assist month‑end/year‑end reconciliations, and execute AR transactions in Salesforce.

Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, serving as their primary contact throughout onboarding and the first 90 days. Monitor account health, KPIs, feedback, risks, retention, and growth opportunities. Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to deliver milestones, resolve blockers, support adoption of CRM and CX tools, and ensure successful handoffs to long-term ownership.

Supports employee happiness and wellness programs through new-hire orientations, meal benefits administration, wellness and sports club activities, internal communications, psychologist-led initiatives, gym coordination, subcontractor support, and tracker maintenance. The role also provides general employee assistance through company channels and helps execute engagement activities.
