Lead and execute marketing strategy for a luxury linen brand. Manage in-house marketing staff, agencies, and vendors; oversee eCommerce and marketplace data accuracy (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten); run retailer marketing programs (Walmart, Target, Sears); and drive sales growth through strategic execution.

Provide administrative support coordinating with overseas factories and internal teams: manage purchase orders, confirmations, samples, shipments, correspondence, package preparation, and production testing. Ensure executive sign-offs, monitor container quantity/quality, and assist Product Development, Production and Sourcing to meet timelines.

Coordinate pre-production and production samples and testing; manage purchase orders, confirmations, and shipments with overseas factories; communicate across Product Development, Production and Sourcing; handle sample requests, quality/quantity issues, and shipping paperwork; prepare and mail packages and support overseas offices to ensure timely, accurate product production.

Manage assigned customer accounts via phone and email; resolve inquiries; schedule meetings during Market Week and at NYC showroom; maintain CRM with contacts and agreements; ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing; submit new items and event entries; analyze sales reports and competitive pricing to grow accounts.

Lead eCommerce marketing strategy and execution across marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten). Ensure data accuracy, manage in-house staff and external agencies, and run marketing programs to grow retail and marketplace sales.

Drive territory sales for home textiles by building and maintaining customer relationships, managing outside reps, coordinating with internal teams, creating proposals, analyzing market potential, optimizing partner website placement, and meeting P&L targets. Participate in trade shows and provide regular reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and sales performance.
