Home City, Inc. represents three generations of experience with the highest quality fine textiles. What began as a small tailoring operation became an international business bringing the best in luxury fabrics to both customers and retailers. We slowly expanded our products to include sheets, comforters, pillows, towels, robes, and duvets. And throughout the years we’ve successfully maintained the best pricing in the industry.

Home City, Inc. is headquartered in Edison, NJ, but we operate from other offices in the United States, as well as in Egypt, China, and India. And while we have a lot more than a single sewing machine these days, we’re still driven by the artistry and craftsmanship my mother fell in love with all those years ago.

Job Description

• Maintaining email and/or phone communication with all customers as assigned
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries
• Schedule meetings with customers during Market Week and at our showroom in NYC
• Ensure customers assigned have updated and accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all active items
• Complete product submission for new items
• Maintain CRM database with all contacts and agreements
• Maintain sales report and analyze for opportunities to grow the account
• Review competitive pricing
• Submit items for events and sales, and analyze results

• Must be a team player
• At least 3 years of experience in the same or a relevant field
• Must have strong computer skills. Netsuite experience is not a requirement but is a plus
• High moral character and excellent sense of work ethics
