Lead daily office operations, establish and implement procedures, manage hiring and performance, train and motivate staff, assign tasks, ensure departments meet quarterly revenue goals, and coordinate strategic and operational initiatives with clients and employees.

Lead and execute marketing strategy for a luxury linen brand. Manage in-house marketing staff, agencies, and vendors; oversee eCommerce and marketplace data accuracy (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten); run retailer marketing programs (Walmart, Target, Sears); and drive sales growth through strategic execution.

Manage assigned customer accounts via email/phone, resolve inquiries, maintain CRM and product listings, submit new items and event items, analyze sales and competitive pricing, and schedule meetings during Market Week and at the NYC showroom.
