The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead talent acquisition efforts, manage recruiting teams, improve processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance hiring efficiency across North and South America.

Build and maintain AI-powered spam and scam detection infrastructure: design, implement, deploy, monitor distributed pipelines, support data science workflows, handle production incidents, and improve system resilience and scalability.

Manage strategic French accounts to drive new business and expansion for Hiya Connect. Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build account plans, deliver demos, forecast pipeline in Salesforce, and exceed quota while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Lead Hiyas carrier partnerships and commercial growth in Italy. Own market strategy, executive relationship-building, deal negotiation, and long-term account expansion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, represent customer needs, and track market and competitive dynamics to drive revenue and successful partner launches across Italy.

Lead product vision and execution for voice-protection AI products serving consumers and telecom operators. Work closely with engineering, research, revenue, legal, and finance; engage customers, prioritize roadmap and model training, prototype solutions, and own product end-to-end to drive strategic and commercial value.

Sell Hiya Connect to French accounts by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Generate and qualify pipeline with SDRs and marketing, run discovery calls and demos, forecast revenue using Salesforce, exceed quota, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure successful handoffs and customer outcomes.

Owner of consumer app marketing: set strategy, run acquisition, manage ASO and app store presence, build social/community and influencer channels, optimize MAU/retention/CAC, drive pricing and packaging input, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and translate consumer wins into partner/operator messaging.

Own full sales cycle for Hiya Connect in the German market: generate pipeline, run discovery and demos, engage senior stakeholders, close new business, hit ARR targets, maintain forecasting and CRM discipline, and collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, Product and marketing.
