Own and improve Hiya’s product support operations: tools, workflows, automations, reporting, and ownership models. Reduce ticket volume and resolution time, implement AI-enabled support, configure integrations and light scripting, and deliver insights to Product and Engineering to drive product improvements and scale support without linear headcount growth.

Manage partner marketing execution for operator, OEM, and referral partners: launches, communications, enablement, co-marketing, localized GTM, events, and playbooks. Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, BD, Product, and international teams to drive partner-facing assets, announcements, and scaled programs that support revenue-generating relationships.

The role involves owning the growth platform strategy, supporting experimentation, instrumentation, and cross-functional collaboration, while enhancing product teams' growth capabilities.
