The Sr. GTM Engineer at Hiya is responsible for transforming the website into an AI-driven growth engine, leading CMS migration, optimizing web performance, and integrating AI capabilities.

Lead commercial strategy and growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Build executive carrier relationships, negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals, close new business, drive revenue from new and existing accounts, coordinate cross-functional launches, and inform product and GTM strategy based on market and regulatory trends.

Serve as the technical lead for partner integrations across Europe, owning design, delivery, and production support. Work with sales, product, and engineering to scope integrations, contribute code and tooling, query data mesh for troubleshooting, build dashboards, and coordinate cross-organizational resolution of complex issues.
