The VP, Global Partners Strategy & Programs leads global partner strategy, driving growth and execution of partner programs while collaborating with key stakeholders.

As a Teamcenter Developer, you will customize and develop solutions in the Siemens Teamcenter environment, integrating with third-party applications and ensuring compliance with best practices in PLM.

Support engineering across the full project lifecycle for grid quality solutions: design, construction, and commissioning of high‑voltage substations. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as technical contact, produce design documents, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, support proposals, investigate risks, and implement mitigations.

Designs and supports mechanical components for custom automation projects, applying standard engineering principles, CAD modeling, and independent problem solving. Reviews team work, communicates with clients/stakeholders, and contributes to project execution within a defined practice area.

Lead strategic foresight activities to identify market-making opportunities, run horizon scanning and scenario planning, develop transition pathways and business roadmaps, facilitate stakeholder engagement, mentor team members, and translate insights into compelling narratives and prototypes to secure R&D incubation and commercial validation across energy, mobility and environment sectors.

Support engineering projects by applying basic mechanical engineering principles and CAD tools to perform routine technical tasks, collaborate with teammates and contractors, communicate with clients, and develop professional skills. Work onsite contributing to customized automation projects under guidance.

Design, configure and commission SCADA/HMI and OT systems for HVDC installations. Integrate communication protocols, troubleshoot in lab/site, participate in FAT/SAT and document configurations while collaborating with network, automation and system engineers.

Manage Grid Automation product lifecycle and tendering for 400/220/110 kV substations: prepare technical-commercial proposals, budget calculations, risk assessments, supplier negotiations, customer meetings, tender follow-up in Salesforce, and provide technical support during project execution.

Advise Hitachi Energy's HVDC business on drafting, negotiating, executing and managing complex international EPC and sales contracts. Support risk review processes, ensure legal compliance, monitor developments, train staff, adapt policies, coordinate external counsel, and defend/enforce claims in courts or arbitration. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional legal teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to enterprise IT projects and programs: plan schedules, budgets, resources; manage risks, vendors, and governance; drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and executive reporting across global teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Support development of mechanical transformer designs, collaborate with senior engineers, provide manufacturing and testing support, assist installation/commissioning, and help analyze and resolve product issues to drive continuous improvement.

Define and execute global Quality & Continuous Improvement strategy, operate and improve the Global Quality Management System, maintain certifications, establish KPIs and internal controls, drive corrective/preventive actions, resolve high‑profile customer non‑conformities, and influence senior leaders to embed a quality-driven culture.

Perform dynamic performance studies and control-algorithm development for HVDC links; test control and protection systems in-house and during commissioning; support projects from marketing through delivery; collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists and support sales and tender phases.

Lead R&D for liquid-filled transformers' insulation and dielectric design: define design rules, models, DoE, validation and testing, support prototyping and failure analysis, prepare engineering documentation, coach teams, and provide technical support to factories and customers.

Lead the Business Unit's data, analytics and AI strategy, prioritize and translate AI opportunities into use cases, manage the AI portfolio and governance, ensure data quality and compliance, drive cross-functional delivery, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, change management and capability building.

Provide onsite IT/OT support for factory and office environments, handling end-user desk support, shop-floor devices (MES scanners, CCTV, access control), incident response for cybersecurity events, patching and remediation, asset lifecycle management, and ServiceNow-based ITSM documentation and coordination with vendors and security teams.

Lead sales efforts in Taiwan by setting targets, developing strategic plans, managing key customer relationships, delivering technical presentations, forecasting sales, negotiating deals, and improving sales processes while ensuring compliance and team collaboration.

Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory tests for high-voltage products (gas-insulated switchgear and hydromechanical mechanisms). Coordinate internal/external testing, maintain test equipment, document results, support certification and root-cause analysis, and implement improvements to testing processes while collaborating with global R&D teams.

Coordinate and contribute to project design activities, ensure assigned design deliverables meet contract technical requirements, monitor project execution and schedules, and support identification and management of subsystem interfaces.

Plan, organize, and control engineering project resources, schedules, budgets and risks. Manage procurement, contractual compliance, stakeholder communication, financial tracking, HSE adherence, and implement PM best practices.
