Own and execute end-to-end HighRadius Cloud implementations for global Fortune 2000 clients. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SQL-based data gathering, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, UAT, user training, client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, KPI delivery, and implementation risk reporting.

Drive customer value from an autonomous finance AI platform by auditing finance workflows, identifying process improvements, configuring AI agents, and executing adoption strategies. Lead governance meetings, prepare executives for steering committees, prioritize enhancement requests, align roadmaps, manage cross-functional escalations, and lead critical-issue task forces. Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders while delivering measurable outcomes such as reduced DSO and increased automation.

Provide functional support for HighRadius SaaS applications, owning customer-reported issues through resolution within SLAs. Troubleshoot products, educate clients, prioritize tickets, communicate resolutions, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The role also contributes to support best practices, follows quality processes, and works rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the architecture of a metadata-driven financial close, reconciliation, and anomaly detection application. Define semantic data models, scalable configuration patterns, column-level transformations, efficient Snowflake SQL execution, API contracts, SDLC governance, and cross-team technical dependencies. Translate complex accounting workflows into reusable platform configurations that support hundreds of millions of transaction rows while meeting enterprise audit, lineage, SOX, and SOC 2 requirements. The role excludes infrastructure, DevOps, security, raw ingestion pipelines, and machine-learning engine development.

Implement HighRadius Cloud for Fortune 2000 clients, managing full project lifecycle (requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare). Write SQL for data gathering, run UAT and training, validate end-to-end processes and KPIs, coordinate with Product, Engineering and QA, manage client relationships, and escalate risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adoption.

Manage multiple complex enterprise client projects from planning through completion, coordinating global consulting, product, sales, and operations teams. Build executive stakeholder relationships, guide order-to-cash solution discussions, manage scope, risks, escalations, budgets, timelines, and change requests, and facilitate client training and testing. The role also supports implementation methodology improvements and requires significant travel to client sites.

Designs and manages resilient cloud infrastructure focused on reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency. Builds monitoring and alerting systems, applies SLI/SLO/SLA practices, automates provisioning and operational workflows, participates in incident response and root-cause analysis, and implements permanent reliability improvements. Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams on cloud solutions, tooling, proofs of concept, standardization, and operational resilience across cloud and on-premises environments.

Act as a consultative advisor for existing HighRadius customers to identify and close expansion opportunities, build executive relationships, conduct finance-transformation assessments, develop roadmaps and business cases, meet monthly sales targets, manage sales forecasts and playbook execution, coordinate internal teams, and attend client and industry events.

The Account Manager will handle account management and sales cycles, engage with finance leaders, and close deals by showcasing AI-powered solutions.

Serve as a technical sales architect for an agentic Autonomous AI SaaS platform: lead discovery, design tailored solutions linking AI agents to measurable CFO KPIs, run proofs of concept and ROI models, demo features with real client data, and drive deals alongside Account Executives while feeding product and engineering with field insights.

Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design autonomous AI solutions for finance (CFO) use cases, build ROI/financial models, deliver demos, and drive enterprise deals while feeding product and engineering with field-validated AI insights.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Perform keyword research, bidding, A/B tests, conversion tracking, and performance reporting. Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness.

Provide application support for HighRadius SaaS products: own and resolve customer issues to SLA, troubleshoot, prioritize tickets, collaborate with internal teams, follow quality/process compliance, and work rotational shifts to deliver excellent customer experience.

Manage multiple consulting projects and Fortune 1000 client engagements from planning through closure. Develop execution plans, monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and customer ROI, maintain stakeholder relationships, coordinate with delivery and sales teams, and mentor project personnel. The role also requires process adherence, documentation, executive communication, and continuous process improvement.

Lead and manage a Functional Support Consultant team for SaaS products, driving team performance, SLAs, escalations, and operational excellence. Oversee ticket queues, prioritize issues, coach staff, collaborate cross-functionally, and advocate for customers to improve product and support outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. Deploy scalable cloud architectures across AWS/Azure/GCP, manage containerized workloads with Docker/Kubernetes, automate configuration with Ansible/Packer, and integrate security into IaC workflows.

Lead end-to-end enterprise financial consolidation, reporting, and planning implementations, including requirements, architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Serve as a functional and technical expert in consolidation, financial close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage concurrent projects, stakeholders, risks, and delivery teams while translating finance requirements into scalable solutions. Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics models, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and mentor implementation consultants.

Deliver HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 1000 clients. Own solution design throughout the project lifecycle, gather requirements, evaluate solution options, facilitate stakeholder decisions, and ensure designs meet client objectives and value metrics. Oversee consultants, associate consultants, and data analysts during implementation; identify risks, provide actionable deliverables, and maintain alignment with delivery leadership and client stakeholders.
