Implements and optimizes Paylocity HCM environments for clients across payroll, HR, benefits, time and attendance, reporting, workflows, integrations, and data processes. Leads configurations, testing, validation, troubleshooting, training, and project tasks through go-live. Partners with clients, vendors, project managers, and technical teams to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, maintain governance, and deliver successful system implementations and enhancements.

Serve as a client-side technical consultant for UKG Ready implementations and optimizations: configure systems and time & attendance, build custom reports, design and test integrations (API/EDI/flat files), create test scripts, validate data, train clients, and coordinate with vendors and project managers to ensure successful payroll and HCM go-lives.

Manage a multi-jurisdictional payroll tax client portfolio including registrations, account maintenance, notice resolution, audits, M&A support, reconciliations, client communications, documentation, and daily billable time tracking.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of client-focused HRIS projects. Manage resources, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, QA, change management, and post-project evaluations to ensure timely, on-budget implementations and high client satisfaction.

Serve as a client-side technical consultant for Rippling HCM implementations and optimizations.
