Serve as a client-side technical consultant for Rippling HCM implementations and optimizations. Configure systems and time & attendance, manage integrations (API/EDI/flat files), create custom reports and test scripts, validate data, train clients, coordinate with vendors and project managers, and ensure successful payroll transitions and go-live milestones.

Process end-to-end payrolls for multiple clients across states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Validate timesheets, adjust pay, handle garnishments, reconcile reports with accounting, respond to client inquiries, and maintain payroll systems and employee records.
