We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team in the role of Technical Consultant II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads all aspects of the implementation project as a “client-side” resource
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks for a client’s successful payroll transition
  • Configure workflows to optimize system buildout
  • Possess and maintain a high level of HCM specific technology knowledge
  • Ability to create custom reports and showcase templated reports
  • Ability to provide custom system training for clients

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume, client-facing, implementation role with vendor or consulting organization
  • Expert knowledge of multiple modules within UKG Ready, including extensive payroll knowledge and implementation experience
  • Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
  • Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
  • Experienced in Time & Attendance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27. This range is based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and market data, and represents our good faith estimate at the time of posting. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and life), voluntary benefits, pet insurance, retirement plan, and PTO.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization
  • Expert knowledge on multiple modules within the UKG Ready platform, including implementation, custom reporting, and payroll processing
  • Prior experience owning and leading a project
  • Experience in Time & Attendance system configuration and integrations with time capture systems to payroll
  • High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in a computer-related field)
  • Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files
  • Ability to utilize QA processes and create specific test scripts to validate client data and technical configurations
  • Understanding of PII data and governance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to build, test, and deploy EDI file feeds between insurance carriers and HRIS systems (plan rule setup, extracting employee data, troubleshooting eligibility)
  • Ability to partner with Benefits teams to complete plan build, testing and successful launch of open enrollment and ongoing eligibility maintenance
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, client relationship, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with, or ability to rapidly learn and teach, various HRIS software platforms
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
