Lead and develop the Process Analytics business development team across Europe. Drive sales growth for process analytics products across Denmark by managing the territory, prospecting, developing customer relationships, conducting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities. The role includes territory planning, market and competitor analysis, CRM forecasting, quotation management, sales reporting, and collaboration with product management and marketing teams.

Processes customer and purchase orders, monitors delivery schedules, prepares invoices and quotations, coordinates customs documentation and spare-parts shipments, and supports field service, sales, and project teams. Manages daily office operations, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate communications and ensuring efficient business execution.

Coordinates new product and process introductions into production, trains operators, updates ERP data, and improves assembly processes. Responsibilities include line balancing, cost calculations, work instructions, ergonomics, equipment selection and validation, process validation, troubleshooting, and quality issue resolution. The role bridges Research and Development, Product, and Production teams while supporting lean continuous improvement and production optimization.

Develop and maintain R&D software for laboratory automation: define requirements, extend system architecture, implement and optimize features, create automated tests, validate code with simulators and real instruments, perform code reviews and documentation, and provide 3rd-level software support.

Processes customer orders in the ERP system from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate customer data, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes, documentation, shipment tracking, and complaint resolution. Serves as a customer contact for pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines. Requires at least one year of order management, shipping, or invoicing experience, strong English and Excel skills, organization, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Provide first-line technical support for laboratory products by answering customer inquiries, explaining product performance and specifications, replicating and investigating technical issues, and prioritizing support requests. Communicate through email, phone, and customer visits while coordinating with Sales, Order Processing, Product Management, R&D, Production, and other internal departments. Deliver customer-focused technical advice and maintain organized, independent, target-oriented support operations.

Define and lead AI integration across Hamilton’s product portfolio. Identify customer needs, translate AI and machine-learning capabilities into product requirements and roadmaps, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Collaborate with international product-management and R&D teams, while advising and enabling product teams to adopt AI. The role requires scientific or engineering education, relevant life-sciences or robotics experience, practical AI application experience, strong communication skills, and fluent German and English.

Manages the technical lifecycle of an automation product portfolio, coordinating design changes, testing, validation, production optimization, troubleshooting, customer complaints, CAPA reporting, and continuous improvement. Works cross-functionally with product management, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, service, quality, suppliers, and customers. Requires engineering expertise, programming knowledge, root-cause analysis, automation systems knowledge, and technical documentation skills.
