Lead tracking, interpretation and implementation of product, material and business sustainability/compliance regulations (RoHS, REACH, CSRD, CBAM, etc.). Develop compliance framework, run risk assessments and audits, coordinate cross-functional projects, support suppliers and customers with declarations and evidence, maintain compliance databases and reports, and deliver training and reporting to ensure regulatory obligations are met.

Serve as liaison between R&D, Product, and Production to introduce and validate new products/processes, optimize assembly lines (time, quality, cost), train operators, update ERP data, perform equipment/process validation, handle quality issues, and implement continuous improvement and ergonomics.

Lead and coordinate machining production and engineering activities, optimize processes, manage people and resources to meet performance indicators, implement company strategy and best practices, and propose and monitor budgets while developing and motivating staff.
