Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodations casework: intake, eligibility determination under Rehabilitation Act/ADA/Title VII/PWFA, medical documentation review, interactive process facilitation with managers and Federal Occupational Health, draft formal decision recommendations, and maintain compliance reporting and case records within defined timelines.

Prepare and analyze federal contract closeout actions, conduct desk audits, reconcile invoices and payments, and draft closeout documentation and modifications. Manage closeout activities across purchase orders, interagency agreements, contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements. Apply federal acquisition regulations and agency procedures while using SAM.gov, PRISM, and Microsoft Excel. Provide customer service and manage changing priorities in an onsite office environment.

Provide expert federal position classification and position management support to the FTC HCMO. Conduct classification evaluations (GS, SES, SL), develop and revise position descriptions and classification packages, perform desk audits and interviews, advise on workforce planning and organizational alignment, and train/consult with FTC HR staff to build internal capacity and ensure compliance with OPM, 5 U.S.C. Chapter 51, and executive resources regulations.

Provide PRISM contract writing system administration and Tier 1 user support, deliver training and onboarding, produce recurring and ad hoc acquisition reports using PRISM and Delphi/FPDS data, maintain acquisition record integrity, and support FPDS reconciliation to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

Perform forensic financial analysis to support securities fraud investigations and prosecutions: review trading and financial data, prepare reports, develop sources, draft subpoenas, analyze documents, conduct interviews, and support trial preparation.

Lead and oversee multi-functional administrative and mission-support services for DOE Office of Science on-site. Manage staff, workflows, travel support, correspondence control, mail room, and records management to ensure compliance with contract requirements, Federal Travel Regulations, SLAs, and agency policies. Serve as primary government interface, develop program plans and SOPs, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvements while recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.

Provide financial analysis to support investigation and prosecution of securities and financial fraud: analyze trading and public data, prepare reports, support subpoenas and interviews, develop sources, and organize evidence for trial.

Provide cost estimating and price analysis support for federal acquisitions. Develop IGCEs, draft proposal instructions, perform cost/price analyses, evaluate cost realism and reasonableness, maintain cost database, and support pre- and post-award pricing and contract administration.

Provide acquisition management support across nine program offices: review and develop SOWs/PWSs, SOOs, market research, Acquisition Plans, QASPs, J&As, and PR packages; assist pre-solicitation with Contracting Officers; deliver monthly formal training and ad-hoc knowledge sessions; support process improvements and maintain contracting templates and resource library.

Provide senior-level federal staffing support to CFTC: draft/post job announcements, rate/rank applicants, issue and audit Certificates of Eligibles, prepare offers and pay setting, and recommend corrective actions per CFTC and Title 5 rules.

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for contract data environments, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, PRISM outputs, and Power BI dashboards. Develop and test database fields, reports, dashboards; extract, validate, and document contract/procurement data; support migrations and knowledge transfer.

Manage DOT reasonable accommodations program: review accommodation requests and medical documentation, draft decisions, supervise contractors, track cases, prepare budget and invoices, act as administrative POC, and ensure onsite availability during core business hours.

Support USAO-NJ Cyber Crime Unit by assisting AUSAs on cybercrime investigations: collect and review digital/forensic evidence, coordinate with federal partners, draft subpoenas, maintain evidence dossiers, prepare reports and trial exhibits, and manage document review and evidence storage.
