Oversee and train the regional reservations team, optimize revenue and occupancy through pricing and promotions, analyze reservation trends, maintain records, coordinate with sales/marketing and other departments, and resolve guest issues professionally.

Greet and check in/out spa guests, manage bookings and inquiries, maintain reception area, assist retail sales, coordinate with spa team, and operate booking/computer systems to ensure smooth spa operations.

Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain hotel refrigeration systems and components (compressors, condensers, valves). Perform routine maintenance, ensure safety and environmental compliance, keep repair records, and coordinate with the maintenance team.
