Lead FP&A reporting, build and automate management dashboards and MIS, partner with functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, analyze variances, review vendor provisions, and identify and drive cost-saving initiatives to support strategic decision-making.

Conduct demos, gather requirements, handle technical objections, prepare BRDs, support API/SDK/platform integrations, manage implementation projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely go-lives and smooth onboarding.

Lead regional sales strategy and a team to hit revenue targets: recruit, coach, forecast, expand customer base, run local campaigns, monitor sales KPIs, analyze market trends, and represent the company at events.

Lead enterprise merchant lending sales by prospecting, negotiating, and closing financing deals with high-value D2C and eCommerce brands. Build relationships with founders and finance leaders, structure lending solutions with cross-functional teams, drive disbursals and portfolio growth, maintain CRM and forecasts, and expand accounts through cross-sell and renewals.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and product adoption for a portfolio of D2C brands, drive retention and expansion through upsell/cross-sell, provide data-driven recommendations, own strategic relationships, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to improve customer experience and scale success processes.

Drive merchant growth by analyzing conversion and return metrics, running A/B tests, and delivering data-driven recommendations. Build merchant relationships, track KPIs, support cross-functional execution with Product and Engineering, and assist in business analysis, reporting frameworks, and market research to improve conversion and reduce returns.

Lead DevSecOps initiatives across the engineering lifecycle: embed SAST/DAST and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD, design secure cloud-native architectures, automate secrets and IAM controls, integrate security tooling, lead incident response, run training and blameless postmortems, and own compliance readiness (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).

Lead new business acquisition and strategic merchant relationships across Indias D2C ecosystem. Drive revenue, manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, deliver product demos and ROI cases, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure merchant onboarding and long-term success.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise merchants as their strategic partner to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion. Lead business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, resolve merchant issues cross-functionally, influence product improvements, and develop scalable Customer Success processes and playbooks.

Lead SRE-focused reliability for production systems: run on-call and incident response, debug distributed systems, design self-healing scalable infrastructure, build observability (metrics, logs, traces, SLIs/SLOs, APM), support Terraform/Kubernetes/CI-CD automation, mentor engineers, conduct blameless postmortems, and drive resiliency improvements.
