Lead FP&A reporting, build and automate management dashboards and MIS, partner with functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, analyze variances, review vendor provisions, and identify and drive cost-saving initiatives to support strategic decision-making.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services (Node.js/NestJS, Go). Own event-driven architectures with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. Improve CI/CD, observability, and AWS infrastructure. Debug production issues, drive architectural decisions, deliver end-to-end features (including frontend work), and mentor junior engineers.

Own retention strategy and execution for 15–30 D2C brands: audit and rebuild lifecycle journeys across WhatsApp, Email, and SMS; execute and optimize campaigns and automations; build segmentation and personalization using AI; analyze cohorts and campaign performance to drive repeat GMV and retention revenue; partner with Product, Strategy, and Customer Success to improve outcomes.
