Lead end-to-end, multi-country payroll operations using SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Ensure accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance (UAE/GCC), controls, reconciliations, reporting, automation, and cross-functional coordination while managing and developing the payroll team.

Lead end-to-end acquisition and commercialization of new FMCG brands in UAE: pipeline building, due diligence, landed-cost and margin modelling, contract negotiation, onboarding, sub-distributor network development, B2B channel growth, and cross-functional coordination to deliver agreed revenue and real margin targets.

Lead enterprise data and intelligence strategy for retail, building analytics, AI/ML, and BI capabilities. Drive data platform selection and integration, predictive modeling for pricing, inventory, and personalization, and promote data governance and cross-functional adoption to optimize customer experience and operations.

Lead head-office Modern Trade relationships and a team of Key Account Executives to drive sales, joint business plans, promotions, forecasting, and profitability across UAE modern retail customers.

Provide excellent customer service and product advice in a retail sports environment. Demonstrate products, handle sales transactions, meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, maintain merchandising, inventory controls, after-sales processes, and store standards. Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed.
