Lead and manage labor and employment litigation across GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar); represent the Group in labor courts and appellate/cassation matters; advise HR and business on employment risks and compliance; draft pleadings, contracts, settlements; lead investigations, mediations, and litigation readiness; coordinate external counsel and maintain litigation trackers and reporting for leadership.
