Provides in-store customer service and sales support for sports products. Responsibilities include explaining product features, advising customers, processing payments, achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate pricing and records, handling returns and repairs, supporting merchandising, following inventory and loss-prevention procedures, and maintaining store presentation standards.

Lead private label category strategy, sourcing, supplier and contract management, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Drive product development, pricing, assortment, and commercial decisions using market and data insights. Manage and mentor a team, set KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver profitable growth and product innovation.

Lead end-to-end SAP ABAP development: gather requirements, design and code solutions, perform testing and code reviews, manage transports and versioning, analyze business processes, collaborate with functional consultants and users, and apply Agile/DevOps practices to deliver SAP ERP enhancements across MM, SD, and WM modules.
