Monitor and operate application services across a 24/7 Network Operations Center. As a Complaint Handling Specialist, you will manage customer complaints professionally, prepare detailed reports, collaborate with legal teams, and optimize complaint-handling procedures. You will also identify trends and escalate serious issues to management, while maintaining thorough product knowledge.

Design and produce on-brand digital marketing and product visuals (banners, emails, social, landing pages). Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams, manage multiple projects, stay current with design trends and tools, and contribute creative ideas. Provide iteration based on feedback and deliver high-quality, timely creatives.
