Design and run end-to-end CRM promotional and retention campaigns, build automated lifecycle flows and gamification, adapt brand voice across clients, analyze performance by segmentation, and coordinate campaign tasks with clients and account managers.

The Marketing Tools Expert will manage email deliverability, improve communication templates, support CRM initiatives, and provide training for teams. They will also monitor marketing technologies and collaborate with BI teams for performance insights.
