We are looking for a motivated professional for the position of CRM Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Architect complex, automated CRM journeys (multichannel) in tight cooperation with Marketing specialists
- Optimize segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content logic
- Lead QA frameworks across channels
- Drive A/B testing strategy and behavioral targeting.
- Act as point of contact for platform vendors and third parties
- Handle and/or distribute escalations amongst team members
Requirements:
- Expert in CRM platforms, personalization logic, and campaign automation
- Proficient in KPI frameworks
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, retention models, and CRM ROI
- Process automation and tool integration experience
- Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
- Experience with Smartico will be considered as an advantage.
