For one of our partners we are seeking a Affiliate Manager to join our growing dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates to foster strong relationships.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help affiliates optimize their performance.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on affiliate activity and performance for management.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate sales and expand the affiliate network.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the affiliate program.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Monitor affiliate marketing activities for compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
Promotional Activities:
- Create and distribute promotional materials to affiliates.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers with affiliates.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
- Experience with affiliate management platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM and affiliate tracking software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies to grow the affiliate program.
- Creative thinking to identify new opportunities and approaches to affiliate marketing.
- Willingness to travel for work, including industry events and affiliate meetings.
