We are looking for a dedicated & motivated professional for the position of Marketing Specialist as part of our VIP team
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns via CRM tools to reinforce the growth of our clients.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to ensure optimization and smooth execution of the campaigns.
- Promotional Management: Configure and manage bonus codes, promotional images, and periodic requests for free spins/reward games.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze data to measure and report campaign performance.
- Feature Research and Testing: Conduct research and testing on new features to support the team.
- Reporting: Present monthly improvements to management and provide weekly updates to the team on new developments.
- Website Enhancement: Contribute to enhancing the website with new functionalities beyond the current features.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence would be considered a plus.
- Previous marketing or customer support experience would be a plus.
- Understanding the iGaming business is a big plus.
