Refine the ideal customer profile and pitch, provide product feedback, and develop relationships across performance marketing agencies, lead-generation companies, affiliate networks, and call centers.

Lead fund accounting and operations for a crypto investment firm, overseeing NAV production, reconciliations, investor and financial reporting, capital activity, fees, and relationships with administrators, auditors, custodians, banks, and other providers. Manage crypto custody, wallet operations, settlements, AML/KYC, and operational controls while supporting senior leadership and potentially leading a small team in a hands-on, autonomous role.

Design, build, test, and ship software improving service availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency. Automate operational work, define SLOs, implement observability, troubleshoot production systems across applications, Linux, and networks, lead postmortems, plan capacity and costs, document systems, and participate in shared-infrastructure incident response.

Solve deep sync, filesystem integration, secure auto-updates, and E2EE integration while defining CI/CD, observability, and quality standards. Collaborate with product, security, and backend teams and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
