Prototype and pressure-test interactions, design all states (errors, empty, loading, edge cases), review live products for usability gaps, collaborate with engineers and product to translate designs into implementation, and improve design systems and onboarding to make interfaces self-explanatory.

Own the post-signup customer journey: onboarding, trial nurturing, first-level support, and account expansion. Provide phone/email/video support to electricians, manage multi-seat rollouts, maintain knowledge base and FAQs, escalate technical issues to engineering, gather and relay customer feedback to product and partners, and collaborate with marketing. Use Pipedrive CRM and internal dashboards.

Take end-to-end ownership of a production web platform: maintain and ship features across PHP 8/Symfony backend and Vue 3/TypeScript frontend, manage billing and payment flows, support Couchbase-based mobile sync, run and harden infrastructure, and resolve backlog items and operational issues.

Lead a greenfield rewrite of a cross-platform desktop client in Rust, owning architecture, implementation, release engineering, testing, and maintenance across macOS, Linux, and Windows. Solve deep sync, filesystem integration, secure auto-updates, and E2EE integration while defining CI/CD, observability, and quality standards. Collaborate with product, security, and backend teams and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
