Lead a greenfield rewrite of a cross-platform desktop client in Rust, owning architecture, implementation, release engineering, testing, and maintenance across macOS, Linux, and Windows. Solve deep sync, filesystem integration, secure auto-updates, and E2EE integration while defining CI/CD, observability, and quality standards. Collaborate with product, security, and backend teams and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
