Lead fund accounting and operations for a crypto investment firm, overseeing NAV production, reconciliations, investor and financial reporting, capital activity, fees, and relationships with administrators, auditors, custodians, banks, and other providers. Manage crypto custody, wallet operations, settlements, AML/KYC, and operational controls while supporting senior leadership and potentially leading a small team in a hands-on, autonomous role.

Design, build, test, and ship software improving service availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency. Automate operational work, define SLOs, implement observability, troubleshoot production systems across applications, Linux, and networks, lead postmortems, plan capacity and costs, document systems, and participate in shared-infrastructure incident response.

Manage post-onboarding relationships for a portfolio of primarily SMB (and some enterprise) customers to drive retention, expansion, adoption, and value realization. Monitor customer health signals, run QBRs, identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities, coordinate with Support/Product/Sales, refine playbooks, and ensure timely renewals.
