The Senior People Business Partner advises leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent decisions, and organizational change. The role conducts investigations, coaches leaders, develops performance improvement plans, manages sensitive employee matters, and partners with People Team functions across the United States and Canada. It requires strong business judgment, knowledge of Canadian employment practices, and the ability to balance strategic consultation with hands-on execution.

The Account Executive drives new-logo software and services sales to SMB, mid-market, and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, solution demonstrations, relationship management, contract negotiation, CRM pipeline management, forecasting, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams. The role also mentors junior Account Executives and works toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Drive new-logo sales of hospitality software and services by prospecting SMB and mid-market clients, conducting discovery, presenting tailored demos, managing pipelines, negotiating contracts, forecasting results, and collaborating with marketing, product, leadership, and customer success teams.

Provides technical support for a cloud-based POS platform through chat, email, and phone, troubleshooting software, payments, hardware, accounts, and integrations. Owns issues through resolution, documents interactions, manages escalations, and communicates customer feedback internally. Also assists with customer onboarding, system configuration, product adoption, and individualized training. Requires collaboration with billing, payments, development, and onboarding teams, plus participation in rotating Saturday and on-call schedules.

Lead engineering execution and organizational capability for a cloud-based PMS. Drive predictable delivery, platform reliability, modernization, AI-enabled developer productivity, standardized practices, and cross-business platform strategy while growing and developing engineering teams.

Own and prioritize the RBCloud product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, plan sprints and releases, coordinate release readiness with cross-functional teams, engage customers and stakeholders for requirements and feedback, and track delivery metrics to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Provides Tier 1 customer support for a cloud-based property management system through phone, email, and screen sharing. Resolves software issues, documents interactions and solutions in Zendesk, maintains product knowledge, and collaborates with Programming and Sales teams. The role requires strong problem-solving, computer and networking knowledge, customer service skills, independent remote work, and availability for set four-day, 10-hour shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and standby coverage.

Execute billing for multiple business units: create/terminate invoices and subscriptions in NetSuite/Zuora, apply payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies and customer inquiries, issue refunds/credits, manage tax exemptions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels. Create and test ad creatives and targeting, monitor performance, run A/B tests, manage budgets, collaborate with creative and product teams, and report results using analytics tools to improve ROI and conversions.

Build and design backend services, AI agents, and machine learning models. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI features and maintain code quality.
