Operations Coordinator:

Pluss Software, LLC is actively seeking a candidate to join the operations team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be working as the customer’s primary point of contact during the onboarding process as well as the liaison between customer requests and solutions. This is a customer service position in a fast-paced environment so it’s critical to have the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changes, meet strict deadlines, and work independently on projects from conception to completion. In addition, you will be interacting with customers nationwide so exceptional communication and documentation skills are required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and coordinates training and tech support calls and handles special assignments from management.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and directs callers to appropriate staff.

  • Establish rapport with the customer.

  • Responds to inquiries and maintains positive relationships with customers and personnel.

  • Coordinating schedules between our customers and staff

  • Documentation of the customers calls in a comprehensible manner that captures all necessary information for follow-up service.

 

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

  • Proper phone etiquette

  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Proficient in G Suites and Microsoft Suites

  • Past administrative experience

  • Past scheduling experience

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work under competing priorities

  • Data entry skills

  • High school diploma or GED
