This role will be onsite in the Richardson, TX office 4 days a week.

We are looking for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team at The Uniform Solution, part of the Fullsteam organization.  Reporting to the General Manager and COO, this is a key role engaging with current and prospective clients, learning about their businesses, positioning & selling from our suite of solutions, and delivering world class client service.  The Uniform Solution is our suite of products and services designed for uniform retailers and distributors.  The ideal candidate will be an engaging listener, a skilled problem solver, and have experience in B2B software sales geared toward small and medium sized businesses.

This role will foster an environment of partnership and positivity, bias toward action, and commitment to our clients.  The Uniform Solution has 30+ years success using innovation, great design, and reliability to deliver products that provide exceptional value to our market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers and potential customers about our current offerings, pursuing selling opportunities that are mutually beneficial for uniform retailers and for us
  • Organize, prioritize, and navigate opportunities within our suite of solutions, including Cloud software, integrated payment processing, eCommerce, marketing services, data analytics, and more
  • Carefully listen to the needs of retailers and excel at addressing their needs and concerns
  • Field sales-related questions and requests from current clients and deliver high levels of customer service
  • Deliver effective and tailored product demonstrations to show how our solutions will address needs and drive value
  • Navigate the sales cycle by maintaining contact with retailers; ensuring consistent follow-up and follow-through with deliverables, promises, and commitments; overcoming objections; closing business when our products provide value and meet their needs
  • Become an essential member of the Sales and Marketing Team, supporting other initiatives as called upon, and contributing ideas that improve our marketing, sales, onboarding, and retention processes
  • Be an advocate for customers and their needs to help enhance our products and offerings
  • Consistently strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) as a power user

Primary Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a B2B software sales, account management, or similar role
  • Experience working with small to medium sized businesses is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college
  • Proven track record of creating and executing strategies that provide mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Skilled at maintaining self-driven organization:  enjoy keeping information, initiatives, and yourself organized
  • Have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly, and easily grasp new software applications
  • Possess an exceptional ability to communicate clearly and foster positive business relationships
  • A strong consultative approach to problem-solving, and a desire to exceed expectations at every turn
  • Able to see other people's points of view and take on critical feedback
  • Comfortable making product presentations to groups
  • Enjoy working alongside a collaborative and fun team
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
