StarChapter is currently searching for a full-time Design and Support Advisor. This person will fill a vital customer success role by supporting existing customers that use our software, as well as working with our design team to implement approved website designs. An ideal candidate would excel in organization and communication while having experience in both technical and customer-facing roles.
Job Responsibilities
- Train users in the different aspects of our software service
- Resolve functional/technical support and customer care inquiries from existing customers, including bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
- Participate and collaborate on cross-functional teams
- Implement design mockup on customer systems
- Ensure design projects are finished on-time with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Produce high-quality work adhering to StarChapter’s processes, procedures, and standards.
Job Requirements
- Experience in technical support or customer success for small to medium size business (SMB) software solutions
- Experience with image editing software
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and customers of all personality types
- Contribute to the team by working in conjunction with project managers and other support staff to support our customers
- Ability to stay focused and positive in a high energy environment
Work And Technical Skills
- Outstanding communication, organizational, presentation, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of web-based software applications (SaaS)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web page design
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Excellent computer skills and tech savvy
