Provide on-site administrative and clerical support to administrative staff and facility leadership. Manage calendars, communications, filing, data entry, and meeting coordination. Prepare and proofread documents, maintain records and office supplies, handle confidential information, take meeting notes, and complete additional assigned administrative tasks to keep daily operations organized and efficient.

Provides clinical coordination between a hospital emergency department and prehospital EMS agencies. Maintains MICN certification, facilitates real-time base hospital communication, supports field-to-hospital care transitions, conducts quality reviews, and delivers education. Requires active California RN licensure, MICN certification, emergency or acute care experience, nursing credentials, life-support certifications, and knowledge of county EMS protocols.

Serve as the central contact between facility partners, placed employees, and agency leadership. Manage facility relations, contracts, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance and credentialing, and operational documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day staffing operations and employee support.

Provide direct patient care while supervising nursing staff on shift, manage staffing assignments and patient acuity, support onboarding/training, assist Nurse Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and act as a clinical resource and escalation point.

Provide basic food service support in healthcare settings (hospitals, skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living). Follow food safety rules, maintain personal hygiene and professional conduct, communicate clearly, work as a supportive team member, and interact tactfully with staff, patients/residents, families, visitors, and agency personnel.
