Provides clerical and administrative support for a hospital Dietary department, including cashier duties, patient menu and diet-order updates, recordkeeping, phone and visitor support, departmental communication, supply ordering, and inventory tracking. The role helps maintain accurate dietary systems and documentation while supporting kitchen and dietary staff under the direction of the Dietary Manager.

Provides shift-based clinical and administrative oversight of nursing staff and patient care operations across hospitals, clinics, or skilled nursing facilities. Ensures staffing adequacy, supports clinical decision-making, maintains regulatory compliance, and escalates patient-care or operational issues. Requires an unrestricted RN license, BLS, applicable specialty certifications, and 2–3 years of clinical RN experience.

Provide on-site administrative and clerical support to administrative staff and facility leadership. Manage calendars, communications, filing, data entry, and meeting coordination. Prepare and proofread documents, maintain records and office supplies, handle confidential information, take meeting notes, and complete additional assigned administrative tasks to keep daily operations organized and efficient.

Serve as the central contact between facility partners, placed employees, and agency leadership. Manage facility relations, contracts, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance and credentialing, and operational documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day staffing operations and employee support.

Provide direct patient care while supervising nursing staff on shift, manage staffing assignments and patient acuity, support onboarding/training, assist Nurse Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and act as a clinical resource and escalation point.

Provide basic food service support in healthcare settings (hospitals, skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living). Follow food safety rules, maintain personal hygiene and professional conduct, communicate clearly, work as a supportive team member, and interact tactfully with staff, patients/residents, families, visitors, and agency personnel.
