The RN Supervisor, contracted through Frontline Health Staffing, provides shift-based clinical and administrative oversight of nursing staff and patient care operations at the assigned facility. This is a fixed-term contract position that may be renewed by mutual agreement based on facility need and performance. The RN Supervisor may be assigned to a hospital, outpatient clinic, or skilled nursing facility, and to any nursing unit or department as designated by the facility, including but not limited to ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or general acute care. Qualifications- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of assignment.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications required as applicable to the assigned unit or department.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical RN experience required; experience in the assigned specialty (e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Telemetry) preferred.
- Prior charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience across multiple care settings (hospital, outpatient clinic, or skilled nursing facility) a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying facility policies, patient populations, and departmental workflows.
Skills Required
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license valid in the state of assignment
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or other applicable specialty certification
- 2–3 years of clinical Registered Nurse experience
- Experience in the assigned specialty, such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or Telemetry
- Prior charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience
- Experience across hospital, outpatient clinic, or skilled nursing facility settings
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying facility policies, patient populations, and departmental workflows
