ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Operations Lead to serve as the central point of contact between Frontline Health Staffing, our facility partners, and our employees. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that touches every aspect of agency operations — from employee relations and benefits administration to contract management and facility communications.
The Operations Lead will ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, our employees are supported, and our facility partnerships remain strong.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facility & Client Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility partners
• Conduct regular check-ins with facility leadership to assess staffing needs and satisfaction
• Manage contract renewals and ensure all facility agreements are current and properly executed
• Address and resolve facility concerns in a timely and professional manner
Employee Relations & Support
• Act as the primary resource for all placed employees regarding HR, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries
• Support employees through onboarding, assignment changes, and any HR-related needs
• Conduct regular check-ins with active employees to ensure assignment satisfaction and compliance
Benefits & Payroll Coordination
• Administer employee benefits through Employee Navigator, assisting with open enrollment and qualifying life events
• Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing and resolve any pay discrepancies
• Communicate payroll deadlines and timecard requirements to employees
Compliance & Credentialing
• Maintain and monitor employee licensure, certification, and compliance documentation
• Ensure all credentialing files are current and meet facility and regulatory requirements
Operations & Administration
• Maintain accurate records in HR and staffing platforms
• Develop and maintain internal SOPs, templates, and operational documentation
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure smooth handoffs from hiring through placement
• Support agency leadership with reporting and operational improvements as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, HR operations, or agency operations
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations
• Familiarity with Paycom, Employee Navigator, or comparable HR/payroll platforms preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Working knowledge of California labor law and healthcare staffing compliance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Professional, service-oriented approach to both clients and employees
Skills Required
