Responsibilities include customer visits, negotiations, system configuration, offer preparation, pricing, technical presentations, product promotions, project launches, KPI reporting, forecasting, business planning, and collaboration with international teams. The role requires extensive travel, CRM usage, Spanish fluency, professional English, and familiarity with SharePoint, CPQ, and Fronius Pathfinder automation simulation software.

Maintains accounting records and fixed assets, reconciles accounts, supports internal control improvements, coordinates audit information, prepares corporate reports, manages accounts payable, and supports payment planning. Ensures compliance with financial policies and controls while contributing to process improvements and effective communication with corporate stakeholders.

Manages strategic industrial accounts by nurturing client relationships, growing revenue, developing account plans, coordinating sales and technical teams, negotiating commercial agreements, supporting product launches, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and presenting tailored solutions. The role serves as the primary contact for key customers, supports regional sales, maintains CRM and dashboard updates, participates in marketing events, and requires regular travel and flexibility in office and field settings.

Sell manual welding systems exclusively, support sales activities and customer follow-up, learn welding and equipment maintenance by shadowing service engineers, and train customers on product advantages and practical use.

Serve as an HR generalist partnering with leadership on talent strategy, recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, HRIS data management (Workday), legal compliance, employer branding, employee relations, and HR process/projects support for the subsidiary.

Execute regional sales strategy for welding and industrial equipment: develop customers and markets, lead negotiations and contract signing, maintain client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate internal resources for order execution, support exhibitions, manage receivables, ensure sales process compliance, and complete manager-assigned tasks.

Lead and execute national welding sales strategy, manage nationwide sales and supporting teams, develop pricing and cross-selling, coordinate with international partners, ensure sales process compliance, oversee personnel planning, safety, and employee development to achieve targets.

This role involves repairing Fronius welding equipment, providing technical support to customers, and assisting the sales team with equipment demonstrations and queries. It requires technical experience in electrical systems and good communication skills.

Provide technical support to solar customers in Oceania, document cases to international standards, follow support processes, collaborate on product/process improvements, and assist in trainings and projects. Coordinate and complete support services and help onboard new employees.

Sell manual welding systems exclusively; support the sales team with customer follow-ups and sales tasks; shadow service engineers to learn welding and maintenance; educate customers and run practical training sessions; use basic computer tools (email, MS Office) and collaborate with the team.
