Installs and configures operating systems, applications, encryption, mobile management, and Outlook clients. Requires flexibility for extended shifts and weekend work.

Installs, services, repairs, calibrates, and tests Fronius welding equipment at company and customer sites across the UK and Ireland. Supports new product introductions, trade events, stock control, and customer training. Requires electrical engineering knowledge, single- and three-phase fault-finding skills, strong communication, customer focus, flexibility to travel, and a valid driving license.

Manages procurement activities from supplier order through delivery, including vendor coordination, invoice approvals, inventory review, and ERP material data. Supports customer service by processing sales and service orders, quotations, shipments, invoices, credits, and returns. Maintains customer records, coordinates with warehouse and finance teams, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and international subsidiaries. Provides procurement training and may travel overseas occasionally for training or meetings.

Supports sales and business acquisition for welding automation systems in Mexico. Responsibilities include customer visits, negotiations, system configuration, offer preparation, pricing, technical presentations, product promotions, project launches, KPI reporting, forecasting, business planning, and collaboration with international teams. The role requires extensive travel, CRM usage, Spanish fluency, professional English, and familiarity with SharePoint, CPQ, and Fronius Pathfinder automation simulation software.

Sell manual welding systems exclusively, support sales activities and customer follow-up, learn welding and equipment maintenance by shadowing service engineers, and train customers on product advantages and practical use.

Serve as an HR generalist partnering with leadership on talent strategy, recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, HRIS data management (Workday), legal compliance, employer branding, employee relations, and HR process/projects support for the subsidiary.

Execute regional sales strategy for welding and industrial equipment: develop customers and markets, lead negotiations and contract signing, maintain client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate internal resources for order execution, support exhibitions, manage receivables, ensure sales process compliance, and complete manager-assigned tasks.

Lead and execute national welding sales strategy, manage nationwide sales and supporting teams, develop pricing and cross-selling, coordinate with international partners, ensure sales process compliance, oversee personnel planning, safety, and employee development to achieve targets.
