Provides first-level technical application support for welding systems, including software installation, system commissioning, parameter creation, demonstrations, training, test welds, and production start-up. Supports complex system configurations, trade fairs, customer events, and equipment management while communicating market feedback. Requires a metalworking technical qualification, presentation and IT skills, a driving license, English proficiency, customer orientation, willingness to travel, and flexibility.

Supports sales through robotic system configurations, technical proposals, customer consultations, installations, commissioning, and system integration. Provides software and application guidance, maintains and repairs welding equipment and peripherals, programs robotic systems, troubleshoots breakdowns, and delivers regional and national customer support. Collects feedback to recommend product improvements and works independently or collaboratively.

Maintains accounting records and fixed assets, reconciles accounts, supports internal control improvements, coordinates audit information, prepares corporate reports, manages accounts payable, and supports payment planning. Ensures compliance with financial policies and controls while contributing to process improvements and effective communication with corporate stakeholders.
