Teams at Fronius International

Leads and coaches a regional sales team, drives sales growth and customer relationships, manages team performance and profitability, supports key opportunities and channel partners, oversees CRM usage, budgets, staffing, training, and employee development, and collaborates with marketing and national sales leadership. The role requires regular travel, welding-industry knowledge, strong commercial and leadership capabilities, project management training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages procurement activities from supplier order through delivery, including vendor coordination, invoice approvals, inventory review, and ERP material data. Supports customer service by processing sales and service orders, quotations, shipments, invoices, credits, and returns. Maintains customer records, coordinates with warehouse and finance teams, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and international subsidiaries. Provides procurement training and may travel overseas occasionally for training or meetings.

Consult customers on Fronius welding technologies, conduct and document welding trials, commission and integrate systems, and develop optimization measures. Deliver training and create training materials, support sales and marketing teams with technical expertise and customer feedback, and perform fault analysis and programming of robotic control systems.
