Teams at Fronius International

Provide technical application support and demonstrations for Fronius welding products, perform installations, program and troubleshoot robotic control units, run feasibility studies and test welds, train customers and partners, support sales with system design and up-sell evaluations, and travel frequently to customer and trade event sites.

Sell manual welding systems exclusively; support the sales team with customer follow-ups and sales tasks; shadow service engineers to learn welding and maintenance; educate customers and run practical training sessions; use basic computer tools (email, MS Office) and collaborate with the team.

Manage customer database and process sales/service orders using ERP (BaaN) and CRM. Prepare quotations, coordinate shipments, invoicing, handle claims and purchasing, liaise with dealers and suppliers, support warehouse, sales and marketing, and occasional travel for training.
