- 管理全国销售，区域销售，内部销售支持，卓越营销，TCC，市场和方案解决团队，协调内部资源，确保销售战略的推进执行并达成 / Manage National Sales, Regional Sales, Inside Sales, Business Excellence, TCC, Marketing, and Solutions teams, ensure the implementation and assurance of sales strategy achievement

- 员工发展（招聘、培训、员工对话等）/ Personnel development (recruitment, training, employee discussions, etc.)
