Processes online, telephone, and referred membership, loan, and deposit applications. Reviews loan pipelines, gathers documentation, supports timely decisions, completes lending documents, and may close loans. Educates members about loan products, rates, payments, GAP, and payment protection while cross-selling credit union products and services. Maintains lending standards, complies with BSA and OFAC requirements, conducts outbound calls, supports member services, and meets production goals.

Manages total rewards, including compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, reporting, and employee records. Oversees staff, compensation structures, benefits enrollment, payroll accuracy, compliance, audits, vendor relationships, HR systems, analytics, and process improvements. Ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, operational controls, and positive employee experiences. Resolves complex payroll issues, supports compensation planning, and maintains confidentiality and compliance with employment, payroll, benefits, BSA, and OFAC requirements.

Administers leave, disability, workplace accommodation, workers’ compensation, and related compliance programs. Supports employee relations, policy interpretation, investigations, unemployment claims, recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives. Maintains confidential records, documentation, reporting, and timely communications while partnering with employees, managers, vendors, and carriers. Contributes to HR projects and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and organizational controls.

Develop and manage business relationships to drive revenue through prospecting, onboarding, and retention. Advise partners on financing and treasury solutions, generate commercial and consumer referrals, respond to RFPs, represent the credit union at community events, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.

Perform QA of closed and purchased loan files, maintain loan origination document management, clear post-closing deficiencies, coordinate third-party quality control, manage audits and reporting, prepare credit packages, track recorded mortgages, and ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC).
