Supports quarterly LICAT regulatory capital reporting using AXIS and Excel, including forecasting, sensitivity analysis, model governance, audits, and regulatory responses. Partners with actuarial and finance teams on capital management initiatives, pricing and ORSA analysis, documentation, and process improvements. The role requires actuarial exam progression, insurance or financial services exposure, database and programming knowledge, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Leads North American and UK operational, compliance, and financial audits; manages audit planning, execution, reporting, quality reviews, data analytics, co-sourcing, internal controls training, and audit staff development. Supports the Chief Internal Auditor, Audit Committee reporting, regulatory work, special projects, and continuous improvement of audit practices and processes.

Provides first-contact resolution for Member and Producer inquiries involving current and legacy insurance products in the US and Canada. Handles phone-based processing, complaints, escalations, and cross-department resolutions. Supports and coaches service representatives, conducts monthly quality reviews, and identifies improvement opportunities. Requires strong communication, customer service, mathematical, and relationship-building skills, rotating shift availability, and willingness to complete ongoing LOMA coursework.

Manage multiple concurrent IT and business projects using project management methodologies. Plan, schedule, budget, assess risks, lead teams, manage stakeholders, oversee implementations, and ensure projects deliver on time, scope, and budget while handling change management and post-project reviews.

Manage a defined territory to generate sales and new business within the MGA channel. Prospect, build and service distributor relationships, present products, deliver sales training, act as primary escalated support contact, and execute sales plans to meet targets.

Design, code, unit test, and maintain Sitecore-based web components and services. Work across frontend and backend (databases, APIs), debug in test/production, run agile tickets in Jira/Azure/MF ALM, and support deployments and build pipelines.
