About this Job

We are hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to support critical day-to-day inspection work across our sales and customer success teams. This role involves identifying opportunities in the pipeline that require follow up, reviewing communication and activity logs, and helping maintain clean, actionable data in our CRM systems. You’ll report directly to our Co-CEO to identify gaps in execution, flag issues, and help keep our go-to-market engine running at a high level of accountability.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in doing behind-the-scenes work that directly impacts team performance.

Objectives of this Role

  • Ensure reps in Sales and Customer Success adhere to consistent follow-up practices
  • Take ownership of routine inspections to support frontline efficiency
  • Surface execution gaps and support go-to-market performance to drive operational insight

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Monitor follow-ups, voicemails, meeting notes, and emails to ensure reps adhere to process standards
  • Maintain accurate deal stage data and track voicemail engagement across the sales team
  • Review renewal pipelines, verify follow-ups, and ensure timely engagement with active accounts
  • Enforce operational compliance by tracking Marketwatch alert resolution and adherence to outreach and documentation guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail by catching process gaps, incomplete records, and data inconsistencies
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, flagging issues and summarizing findings to leadership
  • Exhibits a high work ethic and accountability, staying self-motivated and dependable while managing repetitive tasks consistently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
