Manage and grow the company’s presence across online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Instamart. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing product listings, improving marketplace performance, applying SEO and algorithm knowledge, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with internal teams to scale revenue in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead brand positioning, messaging, and brand experience across channels. Develop and execute campaigns, oversee creative direction, align performance marketing and growth initiatives, manage social media and content strategy, build influencer and community programs, strengthen customer experience and brand loyalty, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and marketing teams.

Manage daily accounting operations, including transaction entries, vendor payments, billing, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance for GST, TDS, and professional tax. Track cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, costs, and inventory records. Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, audit and investor reporting data, and support the Finance Manager with financial reviews and operational controls.

Create conversion-focused graphic designs for ads, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Adapt creatives across formats, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with marketing and content teams, monitor design trends, and contribute visual direction to content shoots. The role requires strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, aesthetic judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Manage Famyo’s YouTube channel end to end, including content publishing, metadata and thumbnail optimization, upload scheduling, audience engagement, trend research, and performance analysis. Develop growth-focused content strategies, identify new formats and opportunities, coordinate with creative and production teams, and optimize videos using metrics such as watch time, CTR, retention, views, and subscriber growth.

Own and scale Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display. Manage budgets and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, revenue, and profitability through keyword research, campaign structuring, bidding, targeting, and search-term analysis. Plan PPC strategies for product launches, analyze competitor activity, identify growth opportunities, and improve listings and ad creatives with Marketplace and Creative teams. Track performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Manage e-commerce operations across Flipkart and Myntra, including product listings, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, promotions, content, SEO, and performance analysis. Coordinate with marketplace account managers, monitor trends and competitor strategies, and support founders with growth and execution initiatives for a D2C brand.

Create scalable video content using AI and traditional editing tools for ads and organic channels. Experiment with hooks, formats, and storytelling styles, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and rapidly iterate based on CTR, retention, and conversion data. The role also involves staying current with AI video workflows and building efficient production pipelines.

Manage Famyo’s Wonderla kiosk by engaging parents and children, demonstrating products, converting visitors into customers, handling billing and inventory, maintaining displays and hygiene, collecting feedback, and meeting sales targets. The role requires energetic customer interaction, weekend and long-hour availability, Hindi and English fluency, and ownership of day-to-day kiosk operations.

Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for ads, social media, websites, campaigns, emails, WhatsApp, landing pages, and product pages. Develop hooks, captions, scripts, brand narratives, and retention communications while adapting messaging to different audiences and platforms. Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams, edit content for clarity and consistency, manage multiple projects, and stay current with content trends and high-performing copy styles.
