We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs.
This role focuses on creating high-performing creatives for digital platforms, especially for marketing, social media, and brand communication.
- Design creatives for ads, social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Work on performance marketing creatives (Meta ads, banners, thumbnails, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to translate ideas into visuals
- Create engaging and conversion-focused designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Adapt designs for different formats (Reels, posts, stories, display ads, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, and visual language
- Stay updated with design trends, formats, and high-performing creative styles
- Assist in content shoots with design inputs (layouts, frames, compositions)
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, color, typography, hierarchy)
- Ability to create clean, engaging, and high-converting creatives
- Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Experience in D2C or performance marketing creatives
- Exposure to short-form content design (Reels, thumbnails, UGC creatives)
- Basic understanding of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Experience designing for kids/parents audience
