Supports influencer campaigns from scouting and creative ideation through production, publishing, and asset delivery. Coordinates with influencers, agencies, and creators on briefs, shoots, timelines, and content requirements. Assists with script concepts, creative direction, lighting, and camera setup during on-ground shoots. Maintains creator relationships, tracks campaign deliverables, and manages multiple collaborations simultaneously.

Manage and scale paid advertising across Meta, Google, and marketplace channels. Optimize budgets, creatives, audiences, bidding, funnels, landing pages, checkout flows, and retention initiatives to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, GMV, and LTV. Collaborate with creative teams, analyze performance through analytics tools and dashboards, conduct continuous A/B testing, and provide weekly growth insights and action plans.

Develop creative strategies, ad concepts, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats for performance marketing and brand campaigns. Collaborate with influencer, content, and design teams; analyze metrics such as CTR, ROAS, hooks, and retention; and iterate through creative testing. Support brand storytelling, trend research, short-form content development, and on-ground shoots for a kids and parents-focused D2C brand.
