Supports production and non-production databases through monitoring, health checks, maintenance, user and security administration, backups, recovery, performance monitoring, basic tuning, patching, and upgrades. The role also interacts with internal and external stakeholders and requires experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS RDS, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and Azure Database for PostgreSQL.

Administer production and non-production SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments across AWS and Azure. Perform monitoring, backups, recovery, security/user management, patching, performance monitoring/tuning, HA/DR and replication. Use CloudWatch/Azure Monitor, scripting (PowerShell/shell) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/ARM) to support deployments and stakeholder interactions.

Lead technical projects end-to-end: define scope, create plans and integration roadmaps, run Agile ceremonies, manage budgets and risks, communicate with stakeholders, evaluate architectures and APIs, maintain technical documentation, and ensure QA and compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor contracts.

Gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, support end-to-end SDLC including testing/UAT, manage stakeholders and documentation, negotiate conflicts, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with developers using APIs, databases, cloud, and AI/ML concepts.

Lead end-to-end project delivery: plan, execute, and close projects on time and budget. Act as Scrum Master when needed, manage client relationships, mitigate risks, mentor cross-functional teams, and provide regular status reporting while participating in technical discussions to remove roadblocks.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications and React front-ends. Own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture, optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, follow Agile practices, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with PM, QA, and DevOps.

Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, webinars, ABM) to drive brand awareness and leads. Create collateral, coordinate events, manage vendors, track performance with analytics, and collaborate with sales to optimize ROI.

Drive outbound prospecting and run multi-touch sequences into education, corporate L&D, and government buyers. Qualify inbound leads using frameworks (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC), book discovery meetings for AEs, and maintain accurate CRM hygiene. Report outbound metrics, share feedback with Marketing, and refine targeting and messaging to improve conversion.

Conduct primary and secondary market research and web analysis to identify trends, competitors, and risks. Aggregate and analyze data, produce reports, dashboards and presentations, generate actionable insights to support sales, marketing, product and strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, consistent, data-driven decisions.

Design and document architectures, estimate and break down work, implement and review code, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with tech leads and PMs, and deliver Java-based backend services using Spring, Hibernate, REST, and cloud/datastore technologies.

Design, develop, and implement full-stack features using Angular front-end and .NET Core back-end. Build responsive UIs with TypeScript/HTML/CSS, work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, debug and analyze issues, and collaborate using Git, CI/CD, and Agile practices.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (Selenium/Playwright, Java/TypeScript). Perform requirement analysis, test planning, API testing with Rest Assured, validate data in MongoDB, integrate tests with CI/CD, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Track, report, and verify defects, perform regression testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: craft persuasive RFP/RFI responses and end-to-end proposals, deliver product demos (online and in-person), advise on architecture, hosting, and deployment, and respond to technical/customer queries about functionality, security, and development approaches.
