Manage and expand sales operations across North India by promoting ES products, services, and remote proctoring solutions. Identify new opportunities with corporate, government, and PSU clients; build long-term relationships; achieve sales targets; and report market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. The role is based in Noida and requires travel across North India.

Lead end-to-end project delivery: plan, execute, and close projects on time and budget. Act as Scrum Master when needed, manage client relationships, mitigate risks, mentor cross-functional teams, and provide regular status reporting while participating in technical discussions to remove roadblocks.

Drive outbound prospecting and run multi-touch sequences into education, corporate L&D, and government buyers. Qualify inbound leads using frameworks (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC), book discovery meetings for AEs, and maintain accurate CRM hygiene. Report outbound metrics, share feedback with Marketing, and refine targeting and messaging to improve conversion.
