Based in Yogyakarta or Surabaya with frequent onsite travel.

Leads goal setting, reviews, job analysis, job evaluation, communication, learning interventions, and reporting. Ensures alignment of employee work with organizational objectives, seamless employee experience, and continuous improvement using benchmarks and best practices.
