Manage end-to-end apparel product development from design handoff through production readiness and launch. Source and evaluate garment, fabric, and trim suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms; maintain BOMs, product costing, and should-cost models; and optimize sourcing strategies. Coordinate samples, materials, production timelines, inventory planning, and replenishment. Establish quality standards, investigate defects and returns, and drive corrective actions. Collaborate with Design, R&D, Planning, Inventory, and external suppliers to improve cost, quality, availability, and speed to market.

Leads end-to-end corporate tax management, including compliance, reporting, payments, reconciliations, risk mitigation, audits, disputes, and tax planning. Advises senior management and business teams on tax implications, regulatory changes, tax efficiency, and cash flow. Establishes tax controls and processes while leading, mentoring, and developing the tax team.

Lead treasury operations including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and daily cash monitoring. Oversee AP/AR, payment execution, collections, and cash forecasting. Establish treasury controls, collaborate with finance stakeholders, and drive process improvements to optimize working capital and payment efficiency.
